We assisted over 30,000 people who found themselves in financial difficulty. We did this by waiving interest and fees, providing reduced payment terms and partial settlement offers. If a customer finds himself or herself in financial difficulty we encourage them to call us immediately, we can then put a plan in place to get them back on their feet.
